It seems like there is an absent manager here? When this place is staffed, the smoothies are good and ready fairly quickly. However, a lot of the time, there's one person here (like yesterday) and tons of people waiting (about 7) for some time while the person working took personal calls. I walked out.
Smoothies are good but the employees are really not happy to work here. They don't acknowledge the customer or even respond to questions. Lot of smoothie options in PS with better service where you don't feel like you're inconveniencing the help simply by patronizing the business.

The person helping us has been on their cell phone on speaker the entire time I have been in this store. I’m still waiting on my order. Didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products. It’s early morning and the garbage is completely full, there are empty boxes just sitting here. This store has gone down hill.
