Keep in mind that a matzo bakery makes just the one product - matzo - and nothing else that you might expect from a generic bakery. They have a selection of specialty matzo items, like matzo made from spelt, Arizona wheat and some other specialty flours. If you like thin hand matzo this is definitely the place to come. I never had to wait long for them to fill an order, and everything is very efficient over there. A Williamsburg fixture for many years אי״ה!
