Food is very good. Very impressed with quality and taste. I'll be a returning customer. I love the way the store is organized with containers which compelled me to walk into the store in the first place. I got a few items matzah balls/ hot items-chicken, sauces, kanish, chicken soup..which were all fantastic 10/10. Price is a bit high, reason I give 4 stars. Ilona b
Parents wanted knishes and unfortunately there are very few actual knisheries left in NYC. These Mechy’s potato and kasha knishes are absolutely delicious. We will be back! And next time I’m going to buy some soups and some chicken because it all looked amazing.

I was recently ill, and friends brought over a Mechy's meal for comfort food. The roast chicken was tender, juicy, and tasteful. The rich mushroom barley soup was filled with barley and sliced mushrooms, plus carrots, onions, and celery. The sides were sweet noodle kugel, grilled vegetables, and egg barley. Their portions are not only plentiful, but appetizing and downright delicious. Yummy, 5 Stars!
