Love this neighborhood papa John’s place is fast with takeout or delivery. I usually call and order for takeout and within 10 mins or less, the food be ready ? the “Shaq-A-Roni” pizza is our favorite pizza and it’s always fresh and delicious. Love the service, as soon as you get off the phone you get a text notification that your food is in the oven and you get real time updates until your food is ready to be picked up??. If you live close by or if you’re ever in the area make sure to check them out. This location is on Nostrand Ave, between Foster Ave and Newkirk Ave. Staff is always nice and easy going big ups to them hope they keep this up. The area is usually busy as this location is on the same block as 2 different supermarket and a beauty supply store but you can always double park to run in, grab your food and go.

I honestly didn't know Papa John's did $1 slices of pizza at some locations. I happened to be put on to this a few days ago. The taste wasn't bad as well, nor was the size of the slices. 2 slices and a can of iced tea came out to $3. What? Yeah, I'm not an everyday pizza feind so I'll probably stop through once in a while. But for those who love pizza and are in the Brooklyn area, I just let you know where's the bargain at. Manager stated drivers don’t read the notes and asked me to go the nearby grocery store to get change. So I’m wasting my time writing a note ?Manager stated drivers dnt have change for more than $20 but that was the first time I heard that and I been a customer for a year.

This place really need to work on their pizzas. I dont know whats going on but if you ask for extra cheese they barely add anything you can see patches of cheese missing in the pictures and over all its very light layer of cheese. 2nd the crusts are soo big as. Half the pie is literally just crust. Its like person making is cheap.

I placed an order totaling about $80, ordering pizza, wings and sauces... The pizza arrived squished in the box with all the different sauces that had been packed into the box (mind you the sauces was also wrong and I paid extra for them), all over the pizza making it uneatable for my children. I contacted the store, was refused to be transferred to the manager after being on hold for so long only for a rude lady to say she packed my order herself and it was good/correct. Asked me with a nasty attitude to send me pics of the messed up order and wrongful sauces to her phone which I did. Had to call her back only to continue getting nasty attitude saying after speaking to her manager (which I was not able to speak with myself), said I would have to wait awhile for a replacement pizza and would need to SEND back the messed up pizza.Then I said I would rather opt for a refund if that's the case. She said she can only give me a partial refund and I agreed. She then put me on hold and got back to me telling me because my order was placed with a credit card its not possible to give me a refund (which absolutely made no sense to me). She proceeded with plenty of nasty attitude and I was very unhappy and dissatisfied not only with my order (mind you this isn't the first time my order was messed up, missing and or wrongful items), but the customer service received after the incident occurred. TERRIBLE!!!
