Was recently there celebrating a birthday. Wow! There were over a dozen of us. Terrible service! After sitting we waited well over 10 minutes before someone brought out water.. water! We ordered the family style meal and it was basically a rip off. Cheap wine (beer was good), small portions of food, little pieces of steak, I don't eat seafood but there were complaints about the clams, calamari and octopus. There was a toddler in our group and it took three requests before an order of fries was brought out. This was not worth the $65 per person (plus 20% gratuity fee added for the large group). With tax and tip, it was basically 100 bucks per person for an unsatisfying meal with very lousy service. It was as if they knew the tip was built in, so the service was very lackluster. Wouldn't go back to that location if they paid me. A shame really.

I brought my family to this location a few weeks ago on a Wednesday. The experience was great the Spanish man who works there was great. I told the kids “we have to come back.” We returned today and we were stuck in a corner while other families were scattered around. The serve was not the friendliest and it felt as if the staff was trying to rush us out of the Resturant. I’m only give them 3 starts because of the 1st visit. Other than that, today completely turned me off.

Good food, good people, although one of the worst DJs I’ve ever heard in my life. I’ve heard a man transition out of so many songs at the absolute worst time. I thought he was doing it on purpose to troll the restaurant.

I love Patriczias and have has great experiences in the past but today they didn’t deliver my order and I had to call them to find out it was cancelled because “their delivery driver was out sick”. Really disappointed in how they handled this.
