Phil's is beyond a wonderful place to enjoy a small bite to eat, lunch or dinner. Well even to have a drink to celebrate your happiness or drink sorrows away. It's basically the bushwick version of Cheers where everyone knows your name. Want to have a great time go to Phil's.. Vanessa, Liberty and Ryan will become your new Best Friends. They make cocktails serve beer have daiquiris and pina colada’s that are tasty especially when enjoyed in the summer in the backyard. Chill place that also does a pop up ramen co-op every other Friday. All dope.

Absolutely amazing staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or night with mates. Highly recommend the food as well, from the warm pretzel or grilled bacon cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Or if you want to be posh the cheese board.
