As a fro-yo connoisseur, Pinkberry is the best but this location is AMAZING. From the yogurt to the employees who work hard when it’s very busy. Crystal is THEE nicest manager followed by Alisha and Berry Lemonade! They are the best ?
The yogurt is pretty good. The staff needs to be retrained to make the customer feel welcome, but that's management's issue.They clearly care more about telling everyone they do not take Apple pay (do you really need 5 signs to declare that? It looks terrible seeing that everywhere ) than a good customer experience.I'm not sure why there are only two seats facing the window and two for the table. Why not just do delivery at that point.It used to be better.

I decided that I was going to get a white peach flavored frozen yogurt. I enjoyed it, and I liked the toppings. There was not the thing where you make your own frozen yogurt, which was not great, but it was a good experience overall. I recommend this place, but only because it's like one of the only frozen yogurt places in like all of Brooklyn.
