This is the location on Atlantic and Ralph Avenues. The staff is always friendly, personable, and courteous. ( Except for one older gentleman one time a few weeks ago on the early evening shift.) They have better pieces, sizes, availability of pieces, cleanliness, promotions, speed of service. I go out of my way to go to this location because of the staff, the food, the availability of the pieces, the promotional pricing and the sizes of the pieces. ( Their pieces don't look like you're getting a kid's meal.) The staff is always ready with humor and professional. I recommend this location any day, and I have!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I ordered a family combo eight piece mild chicken with one large side along with four biscuits. The food was disgusting , slimy and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way unfortunately. Wasted over $33. I hope that they get better with the food.
Not sure who's managing the restaurant but the heavy was watered down. The chicken under cooked. Very disappointed.

I do not do fast food reviews but this specific location is exceptional. First off the food is always fresh, hot, and good quality especially when comparing to the overwhelming majority of Popeyes locations that don’t serve good food for some odd reason. When I do go to this location in person the staff are very nice, never takes long to get food when I order online and they always get my order right. Literally no complaints about this location great job to the staff and management.

My experience was nerve wracking because it was mid morning so you would have expected products ro be fresh but my fries were dry and salted along with my tenders they were equally dried and salted. My besties had a bacon cheese sandwich and it was terrible bacon was salted that she couldn't finish her meal but I did had a similar experience at Jamaican Avenue at the location there

Received cold food and paid for items that were not in my order .Also, there weren't any beans in my BEANS AND RICE. Payed for biscuit NO BISCUIT. and I asked the server if it was in there, and they said yes .got home, NO BISCUIT!!!!! Not happy ? ??????
