This is the location on Atlantic and Ralph Avenues. The staff is always friendly, personable, and courteous. ( Except for one older gentleman one time a few weeks ago on the early evening shift.) They have better pieces, sizes, availability of pieces, cleanliness, promotions, speed of service. I do not do fast food reviews but this specific location is exceptional. First off the food is always fresh, hot, and good quality especially when comparing to the overwhelming majority of Popeyes locations that don’t serve good food for some odd reason. When I do go to this location in person the staff are very nice, never takes long to get food when I order online and they always get my order right. Literally no complaints about this location great job to the staff and management.

My experience was nerve wracking because it was mid morning so you would have expected products ro be fresh but my fries were dry and salted along with my tenders they were equally dried and salted. My besties had a bacon cheese sandwich and it was terrible bacon was salted that she couldn't finish her meal but I did had a similar experience at Jamaican Avenue at the location there
