i ordered 8 piece chicken only meal plus the sides and i said. i wanted the small gravy on the side . i was charged and when i got home the gravy was not in the bag. .. so disappointed. Always check your bag before you leave. They’re not reliable. i just had the spicy chicken. it’s dry!

I regret not photographing my 5-piece wings order before discarding them. Unfortunately, the wings were undercooked with a noticeable redness inside. Surprisingly, one piece didn't resemble a wing at all. After expressing my concerns and showing the product to the cashier, I was informed that there was no issue with them. Consequently, I had no choice but to dispose of the meal. It felt like a waste of money. While Popeyes usually offers good quality, this experience was marred by both the undercooked food and disappointing customer service.

Go to LITERALLY ANY OTHER Popeyes and get MORE food for YOUR money. The managers at this location have trained the staff to only fill side containers 40%. I paid upwards of $23 for lackluster chicken, a small mashed potatoes in the disguise of a large container (I paid for a LARGE), and spoiled Mac n cheese that was less than half full. The owners, management, and staff of this restaurant are an embarrassment to Popeyes, and a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to the community of Bay Ridge.

I don't give it any stars, but I gave it one because I wasn't going to be able to upload my comment, the truth is that the service is terrible, it's disgusting, the staff that works there is racist and rude, three times we went shopping we ordered something, and they gave us something else , and when we got home we realized that it was not what we ordered and there was a lack of products, the last time I went with my husband we ordered pieces of chicken, French fries, mashed potatoes, and the person who served us was reluctantly with a face of few friends, he gave us our order, I only counted the boxes but it didn't occur to me to check the chicken, we went home and when we opened where the chicken pieces came from, it wasn't what we ordered, they gave us leftover chicken, it looked like dog food , and we went to complain and the person who had given us what we ordered was rude and said that was what we had ordered, but it is not like that because we ordered pieces of chicken, and he took away what he gave us and put the chicken in and She threw the bag on the table at my husband and my son, and said that we should leave and never come back, that we are not welcome, that we are idiots, and my husband just told her to shut up, we left and I took a photo of the person. 3.5 I only recently became aware this location existed as my daughter attends school nearby. Wanted to pick up something for dinner for her and got a three piece tender combo meal (which to my surprise was about $14) I got fries and macaroni and cheese for myself and came to $26 and change! I don't eat chicken and don't really come here, but the service was prompt and courteous. However, the prices are but high and don't see myself patronizing this place too frequently. I know all fast food has went up due to inflation, but two sides and a three piece combo shouldn't come to almost $30 bucks, in my opinion.

My experience at Fort Hamilton and 72nd Street was horrible. I ordered a breast, leg, and wing. My leg was missing and I was still charged for a 3 piece even though I only had a breast, and wing. I'm at work. It's to far to go back.
