Go to LITERALLY ANY OTHER Popeyes and get MORE food for YOUR money. The managers at this location have trained the staff to only fill side containers 40%. I paid upwards of $23 for lackluster chicken, a small mashed potatoes in the disguise of a large container (I paid for a LARGE), and spoiled Mac n cheese that was less than half full. The owners, management, and staff of this restaurant are an embarrassment to Popeyes, and a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to the community of Bay Ridge.
I don't give it any stars, but I gave it one because I wasn't going to be able to upload my comment, the truth is that the service is terrible, it's disgusting, the staff that works there is racist and rude, three times we went shopping we ordered something, and they gave us something else , and when we got home we realized that it was not what we ordered and there was a lack of products, the last time I went with my husband we ordered pieces of chicken, French fries, mashed potatoes,...read full review
My experience at Fort Hamilton and 72nd Street was horrible. I ordered a breast, leg, and wing. My leg was missing and I was still charged for a 3 piece even though I only had a breast, and wing. I'm at work. It's to far to go back.
