Wow, what a night, with flavors that can barely be described. They are so perfectly crafted. The almond miso soup packs so much flavor. The skewers are delicate. But the star of the show is the mazemen. I'm not sure I've ever had a dish like this and not sure I'll have one again. Definitely add the egg to give this dish and edge you will tell everyone about. The food was incredible, the pancake should definitely be shared. I struggle to finish one alone. The environment is really nice and the staff is incredible. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

I took my wife on a date night yesterday. We like fine food and have had some amazing experiences around the world .several Michelin restaurants. First of all our waiter Julio took us on a journey through his description of the food and Sake . Julio paired every meal like painter does color . His direction was outstanding and the food followed with such complexity and fun . We will be back again and again and again .
