A spontaneous birthday party turned into a stellar night out at Saint Eve's Cocktail bar. We came here with a few friends on a Sunday evening and ended up having one of the best nights ever. Saint Eve's serves up craft, specialty cocktails with a delightful ambiance. Think dim (but not dingy) lighting and an abundance of drink toppers (the bar looks like an herbarium). I come to Saint Eves and sit down in between the gigantic opposing mirrors. I order a Heart of Darkness and watch my mood drift into elation as the room expands into an infinite tunnel of nested reflections, each new one more distorted than the last, until you can't discern anything but the blur of a burgundy corduroy curtain and a familiar soul with a heart of darkness.
