why do people have shifts if they aren’t doing the customer service? If i have to put my order in, there is nothing no need for so many people in the store. cut their hours. the workers are lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. Im health inspector, I should NOT be doing their jobs for them

Cannot express enough how helpful Kaitlyn was!! I mistakenly received the wrong order from DoorDash and she personally made sure that the correct order got to me INCLUDING offering to send it to me in an Uber! After passing it off to another DoorDasher, she continued to check in with me until I was able to confirm I received my food. I was not expecting such over the top customer service and she really made my night - Thank you Kaitlyn!!

The fault is on Uber Eats and Taco Bell- we had delivery ordered. This is the third time through Uber eats, and 2 full meal items were missing. Taco Bell's wouldn't answer the phone, the delivery driver didn't answer, and Uber eats said oh well, you have to eat the cost. So- the food we did get was good- who doesn't love some junk Taco Bell, but I did end up reporting it to my bank as Uber eats was very unpleasant, and created a fraudulent situation. When you buy something and pay for it, and don't recieve it- it leave a bad taste.

What a disaster of a Taco Bell. I'm glad that I and others were paying customers, but the friends of the employees who didn't pay were getting their food quicker than the paying customers. The place was a mess. Also, one of the food preparers decided to take his hand that had a glove on and hand shake some random dude that smelt like weed, then went back into the kitchen and kept preparing food without changing gloves. I'll never go back to this place and neither should you. If you want, there's a whole meal in the garbage on the corner.
