The fault is on Uber Eats and Taco Bell- we had delivery ordered. This is the third time through Uber eats, and 2 full meal items were missing. Taco Bell's wouldn't answer the phone, the delivery driver didn't answer, and Uber eats said oh well, you have to eat the cost. So- the food we did get was good- who doesn't love some junk Taco Bell, but I did end up reporting it to my bank as Uber eats was very unpleasant, and created a fraudulent situation. Maybe because it was late at night and they were closing trying to get delivery orders out but I waited forever for my food. They should definitely staff more people during that time knowing it could be that way.

Cannot express enough how helpful Kaitlyn was!! I mistakenly received the wrong order from DoorDash and she personally made sure that the correct order got to me INCLUDING offering to send it to me in an Uber! After passing it off to another DoorDasher, she continued to check in with me until I was able to confirm I received my food. I was not expecting such over the top customer service and she really made my night - Thank you Kaitlyn!!
