On November 28th, I ordered 2 coconut cakes (toto) and this is what I found inside of one of them. Something seems like a stick as big as my Pinky finger. I addressed the problem with the manager, and he said he would speak to the baker. I called back the following day to find out what it was, the manager said that "the baker doesn't know what it is, and he has to go because he's attended to a customer." We came here on a visit to NYC from the UK. The donuts here were absolutely incredible and so much cheaper than we expected. Staff were very lovely and very patient with our indecisiveness. An absolute must visit as far as we were concerned
