Walked in off the street because I have a sweet tooth and going by it's name I thought I was in for some sugary treats. Boy was I wrong! I ordered up some Shakshuka and I was very happily greeted with some of the best eggs I ever had. They kicked it up a notch with some spice and I'm now a fan of this place. It's an all Jewish place and I'm a Catholic Hispanic. I was treated like family and ate like I was at home. This place is definitely a repeat for me!!
The best food I ever had in my life, doesn't get any better than that. Their Shakshuka and Mefuneket signature sandwich is something to crave for, melts in your mouth. Incredibly fresh ingredients, well prepared and homemade. Customer service is amazing too and the place is run by amazing people.

The Mefuneket sandwich may be simple, but is so so delicious! I love that it comes with some many fresh veggies. Moti the owner is so sweet. He's always checking in on everyone and making each customer feel like they're one of his friends. If you want more pepper, no problem! Moti will give you extra banana peppers or jalapeños if you ask. The store itself isn't the prettiest to look at, but the service and food more than make up for that.
