The enchilada was large chunks and not sure how fresh it was as she was cooking it for a long time and it still came out s bit tough. The marinade was tasty regardless of its shockingly bright color. The carnitas were very flavorful but a bit dry. The hot sauces were very nice. For as long as she had the meat on the griddle I wish she would've out the tortillas on as well, as they were floppy and bland.
