I got the wasabi salmon poké with a salad base and the wasabi was way too strong. I always have wasabi with raw fish and have survived wasabi-eating challenges in the past but was not prepared to do one for what I believed was a simple and quick dinner. Maybe it was a one-time thing and I got unlucky but that amount of wasabi was way too much and there was no other flavor left.
Ordered the Spicy Miso and the Spicy Pork Dish.Both were good but the pork dish was my fave. Pork was grill to perfection, if perfection existed ? And it was so flavorful. Came with a side of macaroni salad and kimchi. I’m not a fan of mac salad but this was good. And kimchi is better than what I’ve had lately in LA.Ramen tasted good but wasn’t anything special.
