Buffalo RiverWorks is a lively and fun venue with an "oh wow" feeling upon entry. The food is described as just "okay" with fair prices but nothing special. The service was inconsistent, with friendly but distracted hostesses and a waitress who disappeared after taking the order. While the venue is impressive, with a great band and plenty of food options, the overall dining experience was not as satisfactory.
