“I can't tell you how pleased I am with your service! When I originally called it was because I had been to your cafe last month, and was so disappointed to find it closed. The number I called that day was out of service(?). I took a chance on calling again the day before Christmas eve and spoke to a lovely chap, Peter who informed me you are indeed still in business!! He even went so far as to check my zip code to tell me if I ordered before 3pm, I could get a delivery the next day as I live 1.5 hrs southeast. I didn't hesitate! Sure enough, the next morning (less than 24hrs from placing my order) my package arrived!! ON CHRISTMAS EVE!! Blew me away!You have made a 90 year old British (Hull-born), failing, retired maths & physical ed teacher go over the moon!! The only thing he'd asked for was a few pork pies, "from the English place you found in Buffalo years back." Hence the road-trip that day!! He was devastated when I told him your little shop was closed. I only wish you could have seen his face on Christmas Day when he opened his surprise package!! Then you would truly know the impact of the service you provide. Brought tears to his eyes & made Christmas extra special for us both!! He's polished off the medium box of goodies and thinks he's made it to heaven already!! Made my large box order yesterday! YOUR FOOD IS EXCELLENT, and just as I remember when I lived across the pond! “Shockingly, good french fries, and a very good chicken finger sub 8.5/10, (I've got to start doing benchmarks like this. 10/10 Tailgate deli) I was very hopeful when I saw the bags of unopened whole potatoes. And I was not disappointed. The young man operating this was in the middle of handling a large function, well over 20 plates took my order and finished it in 10 minutes in the middle of all that. Very impressive , very professional. Only thing that is confusing, is that it is inside a bowling alley. And you don't get that impression from Google maps.“
“I have been going to this restaurant my entire life for 50 years! Everything is amazing, incredible food, service and portion sizes. It is an absolute favourite, you need to try it with your loved ones. Never disappointed and even after covid, still quite reasonable with the generous portion sizes.“
“The wings here are great. Perfectly cooked and soooo many styles to chose from. Great service from the bartender and everything from the table to the bathrooms were spotless. Beers ranged from your standard macrobrews to some craft (Hayburner, Jai Lai). Will happily return.“
“Its family run. There open later then near by bars. They have some real good food I love the pizza logs. They have awesome cool down to earth just amazingly great bar tenders.my favorates.. Yes I said favorites are Charlie and Paulette.. Its down to earth and have good family AND adult functions for holidays and more. There is a fish fry I believe every Friday. Remember to tip!!!“
