Hydraulic Hearth is an incredible spot with a well-rounded cocktail, wine, and beer list. Their banana pepper dip, cauliflower, and pizzas are top-notch. The atmosphere is great both inside and outside, especially when the patio is open during warmer months. It's a fantastic place to celebrate with a large group of friends, as the drinks and food are phenomenal. The bar staff is friendly and handles loud groups professionally. While the setup may have changed since previous visits, the low-key and quiet vibe, along with amazing pizza like the potato bacon and salami fig, make it worth the visit. Just be prepared to order your food upfront and get your own table settings and to-go boxes.
