We have been to this location many times before so we're pretty disappointed in the sub we got in the drive-thru the other night. We always get the Frenchy but this was not it! Burnt bread and hardly any sauce.. the burnt flavor was the only thing I could taste. These subs are NOT cheap so it was very disappointing to drive 40 minutes home and not be able to eat it!! We sure hope this was just a one time thing.
This was my 2nd visit to Jim's Steakout hoping the disappointment from my 1st visit could be rectified but no such luck. I guess I'm just always going to be a fan of my hometown's Cheesesteak Shop!This time around I played it safe and got a Philly, but it lacked in flavor, the cheese was mostly stuck to the paper the sandwich was wrapped in, the fries I ordered weren't cooked all the way through, and I had no idea that I would be charged for adding peppers and jalops to my Philly....read full review

Good for late nights. Would reccommend the poutine supreme over regular poutine, though small and fried cheese curds. And half the time, they put onions on our subs when we always say NO onions. But, it is what it is. Fast and open late ??♀️Can't drive through to pick up your own Uber order.Would also recommend the chicken finger sub w added bacon, and steak hoagie- if you don't mind onions! ??
