“Huge portions, great pricing, super friendly staff, very clean and we didn't have to wait long for our food even though they were really busy but most importantly we got exactly what we ordered. I don't recommend places that often when it comes to places to eat esp when it's a newer business but I definitely recommend City Line Munch-Eatery so much that this weekend we are having our daughters Birthday party there since they do conveniently have a bowling alley right there in the bldg that they bring the food right to us so we don't have to miss any of the game. we recommend talking to the new owner Jerry Tredo for all your orders and party's and ask if they might do catering soon.“

“Ordered a chicken finger sub during a hectic work day. I have to admit it was good, but the menu said it came plain or with hot sauce (hot, med, mild). There was no option for this in the order menu, only for extra sauce on the side for 92 cents? You also have to pay extra for blue cheese, but I guess the sub itself is a fair price, so no biggie. Also, I should've read it more carefully, but did NOT expect mayo on a chicken finger sub in Buffalo. Nevertheless it got here quick, still hot, not soggy or anything, tasted good. I'll probably order again but I'll be more specific with my order!“
“Had the pleasure of going to jims downtown location. And was greated by the owner as I came in.Had a nice conversation as he to my surprise started to make my sandwich. Gave him very specific instructions on how to make my sandwich. As I am very funny on how it's made. I must say he followed them to the T.And I be darned it was the steak from there Ix ever had.Thanks for your service I will definitely be returning. And recommend others.“
“I've ordered from Jim's in the past but it was always from the stores in the suburbs and I was sorely disappointed each time. So, it had been awhile since I ate here but thought I would give this Jim's a try on Main St. They fixed my sub just the way I asked for it and it was made fast. That sub was so good, all I needed was jalapenos which I forgot to order. I hope they keep it up and not disappoint. I will be back soon. Mi soon come Mon!“

“Best place in the city. Came from Toronto was shocked how good it was. Best part. It was halal. Jeanelle is awesome. She made the experience great. Food was off the hook. So much meat in each serving. Will definitely go back. Will make it a must on every visit to Buffalo. Go Bills.“
“The regular steak hoagie was just a little bit too salty. I have ordered in the past there and it was not as salty and the steak had a different texture. That's my opinion. I will order from there again but I will request not to much seasoning.“
