Papa John has an in app tracker which has the following status readings:MakingBakingPreparedOn it’s wayDelivered.We were 5 minutes from the location staying at a hotel. The status updated to “On its way” at 2155 (9:55 pm).No delivery for over 30 minutes.I get it that sometimes deliveries are delayed. The problem is the in app status updater. 40 minutes from the time the pizza is out for delivery to the time the order arrives to a location less than a 5 minute drive is ridiculous Papa John. Remove the in app updaterOn the other hand, an $8.99 cheese pizza delivered. ⚖️

Called in to order a Pizza. Saw an ad on TV for a large pizza for $8.99 Gave the order to the person on the phone and was told the price was $18. I asked what about the $8.99 as advertised? He said to get that price you had to place the order at the counter. Okay I figured I would still give it a try. Went in to the Niagara Falls Blvd store and placed the order. Was again given a price of $18. Asked what about the $8.99 price? He then said to get that price you had to place an order on line. They finally relented to accept the $8.99. Ate one piece and threw the rest in the trash. NEVER AGAIN!!

I enjoy papa John's pizza very much but the service isn't it. I ordered delivery and the pizza was not delivered to my door nor to my lobby. I had to go outside while the pizza delivery guy was inside the car waiting for me to get the pizza, rolled his window down and gave me the pizza. Are you kidding me?! Why am I giving you a tip for? Do better!!!

Unfortunately, the order from papa John’s was terrible. ?We ordered the new calzone stuffed crust pizza, super excited to try it. Only to find out that it was undercooked and disgusting honestly. ? Had to throw out the entire pizza ? ?️Also ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and that had raw onions on it ? never have I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and it came with onions much less raw onions ?The employee even charged us an additional charge for 1 garlic sauce. ?The only good thing was the order of bread sticks. Yet, if they could have messed up the bread sticks then that would have been completely wrong. ?Very unhappy with this order and very disappointed in the restaurant.Have placed a call to customer service and support. Waiting for a call back. ??

We ordered mushrooms, on our cheese pizza, the crust was soft and delicious, I was hooked.I ate 3 spices, whereas my usual is one. This will be my spot ,when I get a, taste. And papa John's is conveniently, located around the corner!

Major language barrier I ordered a couple slices with the other food, the guy never even told me they didn't serve slices....waited 15-20 minutes ask where the slices were....manager said we don't sell them. So had to wait another 20 minutes for a small pizza food was ok.
