C'est formidable !!!Their tea is phenomenal, so many great flavours. And they have gift packs if you can't decide on one!

We went to visit during an art show, and the place is amazing. The murals are vibrant, and really take advantage of the space. It was surprisingly warm inside, even though it was 26 degrees out, and this was previously part of the food terminal, not a traditional commercial space. The tea was very nice and we'll have to stop back in and get more types to try.

Picked up a bag of Witching Hour blend (roasted forbidden rice & green tea) at the Thanksgiving Market at the Barrel Factory , Nov 24th. Had my first cup Friday evening, after hitting some of the other Christmas Markets in the area. The tea blend has a nutty taste from the roasted rice and the green tea is mellow; together, they make a wonderful elixir. No doubt Snowy Owl Tea's other beverage/brews are just as wonderful.Suggest you seek them out and try their products.

It might look closed but on Saturday during open hours try opening the door because it sticks and the lights may be dim but it's open

I haven’t actually been here, but my best friend got me a bunch of their tea bags for my birthday. The Eleventh Hour one is so delicious that I thought I had to write a review! Honestly, one of the best mugs of tea I’ve ever had. The packaging is amazing. I’m going to keep the stickers for my art work. I also tried the Second Breakfast one and loved it. It was warm and soothing. Next time I’m visiting Buffalo, I really want to visit the shop.

I haven't actually been to this place, but my best friend gave me a whole bunch of their tea bags for my birthday. I brewed The Eleventh Hour tea this morning and it's so delicious I just had to write a review. This is honestly one of the best mugs of tea I've even had the pleasure of drinking. I also tried Second Breakfast so far and liked it as well! Next time I'm in Buffalo, I very much want to try this shop.

The people are so friendly and the kombucha is fantastic! Can get growlers, refills, cans, or tea.

I had been to their place when they used to be in the Barrel Factory. I saw them at a Christmas time show and they said they had move; finding their new location was definitely an adventure. It's nestled back in what looks like a trucking area or something. Just look for the sign; I think you have to go back at least one layer of buildings to find it. I believe they're only open on Saturdays. I've met the sisters a couple of times and they're just so friendly. I feel like they take their work so seriously and also their customer satisfaction seriously and with care. Everything they do is beautiful and using so much personal care and energy. The facility though mainly a processing facility has been crafted to be a beautiful space as well. I love their teas, so far I've only tried two of them, but I love them, the poppy seed muffin one and a variety of chai was amazing. I got the vanilla mint oolong growler of kombucha which I was able to sample beforehand, what an amazing kombucha and what great flavor. Good price to $10 a growler! Definitely a place to support. And I love their artwork as well!!!

Free local delivery. Bike-friendly. I'm wild about the tea sampler pack. Favorites so far: Ultraviolet, green tea with violet and lemongrass (good hot or cold), Second Breakfast (lemon poppyseed and toasted oats), and Eleventh Hour (black tea, vanilla, cardamom). Second Breakfast has the cutest package and yes, I ordered it because of its name. Ultraviolet's violet flavor is subtle. I'm a big tea fan and the sampler packet has wowed me, if it's not already evident. I'm not usually a fan of cardamom but I really liked Eleventh Hour. I recently placed an online order for free, local delivery and give Snowy Owl (hey, Tara!) A+++++ for service and value.

I was given a few of their sampler packets of tea and I was hooked!! Their tea flavors are unique and delicious. Not to mention the packaging art is really beautiful. Will continue to buy and support this super great business!!

Discovered Snowy Owl kombucha through a Fresh Fix order (if you don't know about Fresh Fix, get on it!). The kombucha flavors include violet, as in Choward's violet gum. Incredible. Went to Snowy Owl HQ/tea room in the Clinton-Bailey grocery terminal and discovered a twinkling space filled with owl muses and teas to match the kombucha flavors. Violet, Earl Grey-Creamsickle, turmeric-ginger, blackberry- hibiscus... etc. the teas are packaged like little presents. I gave them away like calling cards on my last trip to Brooklyn. Now it's another thing they're jealous of that we have in Buffalo! Also, it's founded by sisters. What else do you need to know? Go!
