Absolutely one of the very best home cooked meal/comfort food experiences around, great prices, huge portions and excellent service every time. Very highly recommended, you won't be disappointed!
This place is an old school Italian restaurant that has been family owned and operated since it opened in 1946. The building is quite a bit older than that though and served as a movie theater before it became a restaurant. Also, the 1980 James Caan film, Hide in Plain Sight, which took place and was filmed in Buffalo had some scenes filmed at this restaurant. Anyways this place is very simple.
