This is one of the most unique and memorable BBQ restaurants I have tried outside of Texas. You never knew you needed Indian Texas BBQ until you have tried it.My friends and I visited on a Friday night after work, and the wait was about 30 minutes to dine in. This place!!! Holy cow the food is excellent and there's so much to enjoy here. The food is so so tasty and so many things to try. The chicken and turkey were excellent and they've got some interesting Indian style cooking recipes to enjoy as well. Their mac and cheese, beans, and rice are yummy too! Went on a pretty busy day,(Sunday) and food was actually that good. Surprised because for the longest I just thought this place was over hyped. Lines are long but once you get through you'll have already paid for your food and can serve yourself the rest of the way. I had the Brisket Biscuit sandwich and it was superb though a little fattier than I would have liked. I added a fried egg too. The biscuit itself was just incredible,I'm coming back soon and bringing other folks
