Got three donuts that were tossed in a bag, upside down, on top of each other, so they all stuck to each other and the bag. Also asked for the vanilla donuts, which they had plenty of but got chocolate instead. Had a hard time understanding the girl at the register which is ok, but when I asked her to say it again please, she seemed annoyed with my request. The food was good, nothing fancy. Service was mediocre. Considering there were 5 of us, it didn't take too long to get our food. We went a few times in our time there, and they were out of multiple items. The London Fog was delicious every time, though!

There is a very NASTY caucasian middle aged gapped tooth inbred looking woman behind the counter that is DISRESPECTFUL to every customer that comes in there. She doesn’t speak to people nicely at all and she has no intent on giving professional customer service. She should be FIRED. There’s enough reviews saying how rude she is!! She will make this location lose customers for sure, ? guaranteed. Not surprised the other reviews are bad as well.
