There is a very NASTY caucasian middle aged gapped tooth inbred looking woman behind the counter that is DISRESPECTFUL to every customer that comes in there. She doesn’t speak to people nicely at all and she has no intent on giving professional customer service. She should be FIRED. There’s enough reviews saying how rude she is!! She will make this location lose customers for sure, ? guaranteed. Not surprised the other reviews are bad as well.

Got three donuts that were tossed in a bag, upside down, on top of each other, so they all stuck to each other and the bag. Also asked for the vanilla donuts, which they had plenty of but got chocolate instead. Had a hard time understanding the girl at the register which is ok, but when I asked her to say it again please, she seemed annoyed with my request. Not my first time to drop by first thing on the way to work but each time there is always something. People are either yelling at each other or giving me the wrong order or being rude. You get the picture. I'd understand this if I was a rude customer but I'm being really nice, polite and wishing them a good day. Maybe they're not getting paid enough or maybe its not a good work environment...try to figure out what's going on and work on it.

The food was good, nothing fancy. Service was mediocre. Considering there were 5 of us, it didn't take too long to get our food. We went a few times in our time there, and they were out of multiple items. The London Fog was delicious every time, though!

woman who served me today had an extremely nasty attitude, charged me for two drinks and then insisted I should have corrected her when she read my order back. (she did not say two drinks when she read my order back) completely unprofessional and it’s obvious someone needs to be retrained and they should all be wearing name tags.

Cashier spoke extremely broken english and messed up our entire order. We ordered plain milk for our kids, but got two white hot chocolates instead. Then he only made part of our order and cleared it off the board after just doing the drinks. All other workers and customers were extremely loud in a all space, which only made the issues worse. Finally got our entire order after asking three times.
Very sketchy. Staff is loud with friends coming in that are louder. Foul language, very slow service. Homeless type people hanging out . Walk to the nearest Starbucks

I order 4 hash browns and a medium coffee 4/4 along with a an avocado toast and a medium hot chocolate.. the hot chocolate was watery Dint taste like hot chocolate. The has browns were soggy. My medium coffee was not done right at all and the avocado toast was done wrong the bread was not toasted at all and the avocado was just splatting there..don’t appreciate how a a customer I was giving the food that I order wrong.. will not be coming back to this Tim Hortons location..

I am not sure why this place has less than 4 stars. This is my first time. This was the BEST caramel latte I’ve ever had. Put my usual SB to shame. I order a small as I wasn’t sure. I went back and ordered another small. Tomorrow…lol, I’m getting a large.

Four of us came in and ordered drinks- there was apparently only one employee taking ordered and making drinks, so each time a new customer came in, the worker stopped making our drinks to take their order and if it was easy, to make theirs. It took about 20 min to get our drinks, and I wasn’t prepared for that amount of a time commitment, so it was a bit of a surprise. But the drinks were good when we got them.
