Had to ask multiple times to get something through the drive through. Food was poorly made where the drinks aren’t mixed properly and is half melted when you get it. The toast are cold. Taste like left overs. Employees where cold and looked like we where wasting their time when they chose to work there. If you think you’re getting paid poorly go give your manager or whomever an attitude. We customers are just there to get food. If you don’t want to work there go find work elsewhere. No manners and just overall doesn’t live up to standards. Unpleasant experience. Need to stop hiring people who have no motivation to work

Went in for my favorite chocolate Tim shake but was kind of scared to order as the staff guy was scathing at sores all over his arms. It was really disturbing to see him working with food after doing this and seeing many more reddened sores and dry skin patches all over him.

I went to this location about a week ago. I was going to order some food and a coffee but I wanted to use the restroom and wash my hands but I was told by the staff that I had to place an order first. Why are the bathrooms locked in the first place and who wants to touch the food they plan on eating before they wash their hands.

Have had multiple instances where they had machine breakdowns and can't provide drinks or food. It is understandable except when no effort is made to inform customers before hand. They will make you wait in a long drive thru queue to let you know that espresso machine is down or that they are out of certain food items instead of putting up a sign at the entrance indicating that.Similarly, in these instances, they will not cancel/refund the orders placed on mobile app and instead try to offer you a lower priced item as a compensation.
