I’m usually not the type to complain, I’ve worked with customers myself and understand that when it’s busy workers can get stressed. I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered 4 plain bagels with cream cheese and a drink. Tryed giving the person working the window my card and she Tryed giving me a straw. Instead of putting the straw down she Tryed grabbing my card and it fell out of the window. Then she proceeds to say that my card won’t go through when I have money in the card. When I ask her for my card back she try’s telling me she’ll get in trouble if she didn’t get the coffe back so I told her that’s fine just give me my card back place is ridiculous have people that have no clue...read full review

I would say this is not acceptable on any level. Horrible service and product. When I called and questioned it they said it was cooked long enough. You be the judge. I made a mistake going here, I think you will come to regret it too.
