I would say this is not acceptable on any level. Horrible service and product. When I called and questioned it they said it was cooked long enough. You be the judge. I made a mistake going here, I think you will come to regret it too.

I’m usually not the type to complain, I’ve worked with customers myself and understand that when it’s busy workers can get stressed. I went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered 4 plain bagels with cream cheese and a drink. The person taking the order immediately starts yelling and telling me that I’m crazy to think I can order that through the drive-thru in an extremely disrespectful tone. They demanded I come inside, after arguing back and forth they eventually brought the food out to me. Even if it’s busy and they would prefer me to come in (I had kids in the car) the way they talk to people needs to change. I live close to this location but will likely avoid it moving forward. I’d advise you do the same.

Tryed giving the person working the window my card and she Tryed giving me a straw. Instead of putting the straw down she Tryed grabbing my card and it fell out of the window. Then she proceeds to say that my card won’t go through when I have money in the card. When I ask her for my card back she try’s telling me she’ll get in trouble if she didn’t get the coffe back so I told her that’s fine just give me my card back place is ridiculous have people that have no clue what there doing running a drive thru on a busy Sunday morning

I am disgusted by the type of service we received yesterday at around 12:30. One of the workers went to hand my sister an ice cap that was wrong. When we told her it was suppose to have whip cream on it she stepped away but loudly called my sister a f******* b**** while other employees joined in and even approached the window to yell further inappropriate things at us. We didn’t even trust drinking or eating what we ordered, if you’re going to talk to someone like that you most likely are going to in some way tamper with the products given. I have been in customer service myself for 16 years and have dealt with all types of people, but never would I ever speak to anyone in such a rude and distasteful manor. It’s truly disgusting to treat anyone like that let alone a customer. This has been my go to Tim Hortons, I stop here AT LEAST once a day and sometimes more. I will not be returning to this location again. Naya (sp?) approached the window and handled us with great care and apologized. And although she tried to refund us, my sister was accidentally charger twice. My work also often does coffee runs at this location, we will be giving our business elsewhere from now on.

Every time without fail, it's a bad experience. The people who work here are generally rude. I asked if they still had a certain item and the girl scoffed and bluntly said "no" like it was an inconvenience to have to answer. I also found the item at another location on the same day so they just lied to me. Im not one of those people that thinks you have to be happy all day at your job, but this is off-putting. Also, the coffee always tastes old and burned. I'd rather go to a location 5 miles away than go here.

Food orders are often wrong and you are rarely given a receipt without asking for one, which staff will ask you for to replace the order they got wrong. My biggest issue is that their card reader seems to be out of service every other week now ...which you won't know until you're ready to order and stuck in between a line of cars. If you don't have cash you still have to wait and it's a total waste of time. Buy a new card reader already!!!!
