Don't walk, run to See and Be. Best sourdough bread you've ever had. Gluten intolerant? Not with this bread, honey! I ate a whole loaf and felt nothing but satisfaction.

Amazing, the sausage, cheese and egg sandwich was out of this world. The sausage is so flavorful and the American cheese was so good. And the breads, just ate a slice of olive rosemary sourdough and oh boy, you truly know what a GOOD bread should taste like instantly. Gem of a place.

It can be quite challenging to find a place open on a Tuesday in Cairo, but we were fortunate enough to stumble across See & Be Kitchen on Main st. As we entered, a friendly person greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcomed. Our order consisted of their their sourdough croissant filled with bacon, egg, and topped with their homemade American cheese. To accompany our delicious meal, we also had a cup of their perfect coffee. We highly recommend See & Be Kitchen for an enjoyable experience.

Delicious breakfast egg sandwiches. The sausage tasted great although I prefer a more finely ground sausage. The bacon was delightful too. The milk bun was pillows and held together for the whole sandwich. Great meal before a day hike! The cruffin was fantastic and the mocha knocked the sweetness a bit making it even better.

Totally worth putting into your GPS and making a detour to Cairo (if you're already in the general area). Great selection of grab and go sandwiches and such, good pastries and breads. The have an eclectic mix of provisions, but there far from basic if you're looking to stock up for camping.I especially recommend the focaccia pizza. We got a whole one to bring back to our glamping site in nearby South Cairo. We reheated in with indirect heat on our gas grill and oh boy was it good! The crust was rich and crispy, the inside pillowy, and the sauce super tasty. They also sell the focaccia by the piece.
The arborio sourdough bread is outstanding! We've also enjoyed very yummy sandwiches from See & Bee.

An absolute gem. All the best restaurants in the area buy their bread from See & Bee. Their breakfast sandwiches are the best you’ll ever have. I highly recommend the Milk Bun or English Muffin with their homemade sausage. Every time I am in the area I come here. Very kind staff too. Come here once and you’ll be back again and again.

My wife and I are so happy this place exists! We passed by so many times without going in but now I wish I had checked it out earlier! They have awesome bodega style sandwiches, made fresh daily. Lots of little treats and cheeses, and a whole pantry of really awesome non-perishable provisions like tinned fishes and hot sauces. We love going here for breakfast sandwiches and then walking around the park. (conveniently across the street!)
