Tha Café is a whole vibe. The moment you walk in, it just feels good—comfortable, stylish, and full of positive energy. Whether you’re coming to chill, eat, or catch a vibe, this place sets the tone right every time. It’s got that real West Indian flavor, both in the food and the atmosphere.

The owner is cool and welcoming, makes you feel like you're part of the fam. The bartenders are fast, friendly, and on point—no long waits, no bad attitudes, just good people doing what they do best.

And the food? Fire🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Seasoned to perfection, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell it’s made with love. This ain’t no basic menu—every bite delivers. It’s that kind of food you think about the next day.

Tuesdays between 4 PM and 2 AM—that’s when the spot really comes alive. Good music, good people, good energy. And weekends? Always lit. If you know, you know.

Tha Café is definitely a go-to. Comfortable, attractive, welcoming… everything a great restaurant/lounge should be. If you’re in the area and haven’t pulled up yet, you’re missing out.

Their patties have an amazing crust and they’re filled with ample beef, or whatever filling of your choice; not with a lot of floured-filler. Their jerk chicken is also wonderful; and made outdoors on the grill unlike some of these restaurants here in Queens.”

“Trinity juices is a nutritional health supply store managed by Ja Bou.
The employees deliver quality customer service, and they try their best to abide by the first come first serve basis. Since the store is tight by the counter my tip is to be aware of your position in line. The staff are really pleasant and patient always willing to assist without hesitation.

When you walk in you find all sorts of nutritional needs and herbs, so its ambiance is, come as you are workout clothes, casual or suit because everything is to go. It is also like window shopping; everything displayed on the wall or on shelves, and in the refrigerator.

They specialize in smoothie's and juices. Their supplemental teas are very helpful. I purchased the eye bright supplemental tea. I used it for 1 month. Woke up one day and was wondering why I could see Chrystal clear, and things looked different. (That's just my testimony not giving medical advice and results may vary.)
The store looks like a bodega, or you can call it a health food bodega. Just kidding!!!!
There is parking on the street, however there is a parking lot in but it is for the other business so I would not advise parking.

They can improve on their call service. If you don't see what you need, they say they will order and call you, don't hold your breath while waiting on a phone call to inform you that the new shipment has arrived, you won't make it!”

“There used to be a restaurant in this exact spot called “HOT POT” . Hot Pot was literally by the far the most disgusting Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life and I mean everything was nasty no matter what you tried so I’m not too sure if this store now is under the same management or it’s a completely different owner but the food is so much better than Hot Pot is and I’ve had different food from this place and everything has been good CONSISTENTLY. It’s fairly new and I hope that the quality never changes but as of right now ? I would definitely recommend this place to anybody . The Chef at Irie be doing their thing and it’s underrated right now maybe because of the bad experience from the previous Jamaican spot that used to be in the same exact spot but I promise you guys that it’s not the same quality as Hot Pot was and you won’t be disappointed ? and the customer service was good no attitudes like the typical Jamaican spots”

“I always enjoy getting food from here. The food is always fresh. I love there jerk chicken and soup. The patties are always hot and very fresh. The staffs are polite. The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable. This is not a dine in establishment. There is parking available outside.”

“Mengqi is an EXCELLENT server! From the very beginning, she had an extremely positive and great attitude. Before we even begin to eat, she noticed that I was wearing glasses and she handed me a lens wet wipe. I thought this was extremely sweet from her part! The way that she noticed this type of detail was just adorable.

My friend and I had questions about a couple of the menu items, and she was just so patient! There were two kinds of fish that my friend and I were deciding between to order, and Mengqi went to her phone to do a Google translation just so that we could get an accurate and descriptive description of what was the difference in taste between the two types of fish.

Throughout our dinner, she would come back to our table to see if we needed anything, to add more soup, and just to show that she was available for any requests that we might have.

There are not many servers who can continuously have a smile on their face while working - but Mengqi LITERALLY had a smile every time! And literally every time I asked for something to be brought to the table, she would immediately smile right after. But I must say, her smile was very genuine, and it did not look forced whatsoever. She is *so* sweet.

You can tell that she has a really great attitude and that just makes her customer service so memorable, to the point that I want to come back to this restaurant. Please, if the ownership of this restaurant sees this — give her a prize! Thank you, Mengqi !!!”

“My friends and I had a lovely afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel Pool house. We were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess, Isabella, who made us feel so welcomed. Our beautiful table was in the perfect spot to take in all of what the Rockaway Hotel has to offer. The outside bar and Pool house are exquisite. The pool was bustling with excitement. Our waiter, Andrew, was polite and helpful . I highly recommend coming to The Rockaway Hotel because their staff is highly professional and attentive.”

“Rippers is located in a concession area in rockaway beach so it is a fun, Open atmosphere consist of picnic tables outside under a covered area. I find that the food is very good. Burgers chicken fries. I can just have fries .. I think that they are excellent. They used to sale a whole fish that was divine. There are drinks , wine beer. They often play music and have live entertainment.. they typically close in late summer for winter.”

“I’ve been to Chongqing Laozao many times, and it never disappoints. The broth is always rich, flavorful, and full of that authentic Chongqing heat I love. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere — perfect every time I come for hotpot.

I also want to give a special compliment to our server Doudou. She’s always warm, attentive, and very professional. She explains the menu clearly, brings out dishes promptly, and checks on our table just at the right times. Whether it’s refilling the broth or helping with anything we need, she handles everything with a smile.
