Tha Café is a whole vibe. The moment you walk in, it just feels good—comfortable, stylish, and full of positive energy. Whether you’re coming to chill, eat, or catch a vibe, this place sets the tone right every time. It’s got that real West Indian flavor, both in the food and the atmosphere.

The owner is cool and welcoming, makes you feel like you're part of the fam. The bartenders are fast, friendly, and on point—no long waits, no bad attitudes, just good people doing what they do best.

And the food? Fire🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Seasoned to perfection, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell it’s made with love. This ain’t no basic menu—every bite delivers. It’s that kind of food you think about the next day.

Tuesdays between 4 PM and 2 AM—that’s when the spot really comes alive. Good music, good people, good energy. And weekends? Always lit. If you know, you know.

Tha Café is definitely a go-to. Comfortable, attractive, welcoming… everything a great restaurant/lounge should be. If you’re in the area and haven’t pulled up yet, you’re missing out.

“So, I was temporarily working next door this past week; I’m based in Brooklyn and my commute time by train + bus to Cambria Heights is 1.5-2 hours.

On my first day, my Google Maps search for “vegan” food options in the area yielded absolutely *zero* results. I didn’t really have much time to venture out, so I was sadly forced to live off crappy snack/junk food until I got home that night. Fast forward to day two: I was able to take a leisurely walk at lunch, and on my way back into work, I made a last second impulse decision to check out the juice and supplement store next door.

Turns out “more” means plant-based grocery store!!! Trinity Juices & More is an unexpected vegan HAVEN. Sooo many goodies, including some of my faves (like Field Roast’s egg, cheese, + sausage breakfast sandwich — perfect for a workday morning). So many fresh, healthier options, too, plus even lots of non-food items (e.g., body lotions and scrubs). I was really impressed by the selection. Trinity kept me full and happy all week long at work, and while so far away from home.

My hope is that now, with this review, when someone searches “vegan” in Google/Google Maps, Trinity Juices comes up in their results. :)”

“They have the best beef patties I have ever had in New York by far. Their patties have an amazing crust and they’re filled with ample beef, or whatever filling of your choice; not with a lot of floured-filler. Their jerk chicken is also wonderful; and made outdoors on the grill unlike some of these restaurants here in Queens.”

“There used to be a restaurant in this exact spot called “HOT POT” . Hot Pot was literally by the far the most disgusting Jamaican food I’ve ever had in my life and I mean everything was nasty no matter what you tried so I’m not too sure if this store now is under the same management or it’s a completely different owner but the food is so much better than Hot Pot is and I’ve had different food from this place and everything has been good CONSISTENTLY. It’s fairly new and I hope that the quality never changes but as of right now ? I would definitely recommend this place to anybody . The Chef at Irie be doing their thing and it’s underrated right now maybe because of the bad experience from the previous Jamaican spot that used to be in the same exact spot but I promise you guys that it’s not the same quality as Hot Pot was and you won’t be disappointed ? and the customer service was good no attitudes like the typical Jamaican spots”

“I always enjoy getting food from here. The food is always fresh. I love there jerk chicken and soup. The patties are always hot and very fresh. The staffs are polite. The place is clean and the prices are very reasonable. This is not a dine in establishment. There is parking available outside.”

“Ok place chicken is good most of the times. Usually I drive through. The drive through is very small so watch you vehicle on the turn. The times I do go in there is usually a small line which moves fast. No problems so far

“My friends and I had a lovely afternoon at The Rockaway Hotel Pool house. We were greeted by a warm and friendly hostess, Isabella, who made us feel so welcomed. Our beautiful table was in the perfect spot to take in all of what the Rockaway Hotel has to offer. The outside bar and Pool house are exquisite. The pool was bustling with excitement. Our waiter, Andrew, was polite and helpful . I highly recommend coming to The Rockaway Hotel because their staff is highly professional and attentive.”

“Rippers is located in a concession area in rockaway beach so it is a fun, Open atmosphere consist of picnic tables outside under a covered area. I find that the food is very good. Burgers chicken fries. I can just have fries .. I think that they are excellent. They used to sale a whole fish that was divine. There are drinks , wine beer. They often play music and have live entertainment.. they typically close in late summer for winter.”
