Denny's.. well they definitely need staff.. very short staff. Nicki, came in and set her stuff down and went right to work! Wonderful employee. Food was good and hot. Manager was busy cleaning tables and helping with orders, 1 cook in kitchen. They did a great job.
Tanja and Sue were working very hard today and still smiling. Banana cream pancakes were hot and tasty. Love Denny's in Canandaigua!!

Was there today 3/5/23. Ordered correctly, order placed, after long wait no food, then when asked it was brought in approx.10 minutes, requested. Order still wasn't completed,ask for charge off bill. This was done. I no this place is understaffed and I can't understand why, this is close to our college, Don't students need money? A part time place. There is a waitress that works in late afternoon. Nicki,she knows how to deal with the customer. She has the best attitude and very efficient in her position. She would be a great person to train others. So we will go back soon, but it will be after 5 pm. She works evening shift. Everything runs smooth when she is working. I do not no her personaly, met her thru dinning at Denny's. Great Employee.
