“So pleasantly surprised by this rest stop!My family and I make an annual trip up to Rochester, NY every year and always take note of rest stops that are safe, clean, have good offerings and friendly staff. With a little one in tow, we had to make a quick potty break and this was the closest stop.The bathrooms, while very cold inside (January/winter) they were very clean on our visit. No visible garbage or water from the sink on the floor - maybe we hit it right after it got cleaned, but we were happy.F&B options standard, cool drink cases along the back, a small Tim Horton's and Subway all under one roof a plus. The Tim Horton's is very limited, and on our visit only 2 timbit options. Still, enough for anyone and the service was super friendly and all smiles.The other snacks we picked up from the Mirabito itself all in good shape, nothing we picked up was expired and the drinks were nice and chilled. The young gentleman that rang us up was very friendly, super nice to all of us in fact and wished us safe travels.We def. took note of the exit number for this one!“

“Went there for breakfast for the first day of Endicott restaurant week.I had the sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel. It came with hash browns and a small coffee.The coffee was good it had a nice flavor. The breakfast bagel had a good taste, and cheese was melted perfectly, and the sausage had a good taste. The bagel was nicely toasted. I also had a cinnamon roll, which had a nice taste.They had a wide variety of cream cheese flavors and pastries.They even had a variety of old coffee grinders in a case, which was a nice surprise.If you haven't before, give them a try.“

“My husband was diagnosed with celiac disease a couple of months ago and wanted to try jersey mikes and their gluten free bread. At this location they were very careful. Two young men made our sandwiches. When my husband asked for GF bread the first young man asked if it was a preference or an allergy. After my husband said it was an allergy both young men changed gloves, and the one cutting bread got a new knife and wiped down the counter. The other young man making the subs went and got a mayo in a squeeze tube so he didn’t touch the mayo spreader to the GF bread. My husband and I were very impressed with the diligence and care taken to make his sandwich. Both our subs tasted great too. Well done.“

“I tried again today to order online and much to my surprise, it worked fine. I was even able to use my special deal code. The food was ready shortly. The service was good. I had to give the employee my tip in person since I couldn't figure out how to do so online. I can't wait to eat the food I ordered. Since my experience was much better this time, I will go here again.“

“I go to Subway quite a lot. Everytime I go, the workers are always so nice! The service is also very fast, i'm never waiting in line for more than two minutes. “Tied for best sub chain with Cap's... that's short for some other place. I always come here when traveling through the Southern Teir Good luck trying to find a better sub shop for the next 150 miles. The subs have a good amount of meat, the service is good not crazy expensive. Go there?“

“We stopped here with a granddaughter a few days ago. As we were getting ready to place our orders another customer came over and told us that they were running a special, 3 foot longs for $18. Not sure the staff person would have said something, we hadn't progressed that far. From that point on the employee is probably the most friendly accommodating service person like that I ever remember. Very patient as we went through indecision after indecision. No issues when we went back to change an order. Made excellent suggestions for combinations and sauces. Even teased me when I just got regular mayo. Overall the employee made it well, well worth the stop. Beyond that it was subway, nothing special or unusual.“

“First time I sat down and had lunch this one was probably one of the nicest I've been in very clean the staff was super friendly also they must have remodeled because it's really nice in there not so busy either they have plenty of business that's not what I mean but it was just nice to sit down and be able to have lunch“

“I went in having a sugar crash, down to 41. When I said I was crashing they stopped working and gave me two cookies and let me pay after the line of people got their food. I got a sandwich and paid for everything. The employee was extremely kind and helpful.“

“This place is far and away the best sub shop in the Binghamton area, that I've been to. Being a native of Broome County, I've eaten at a great number of places that serve sandwiches, so i've left few stones unturned sub-wise. Jersey Mikes slices all their meats and cheeses to serve them, not before. For example if you order a cheesesteak they slice the beef then and put it on the grill as you wait. Same with every hot or cold sub or sandwich. The staff always greet you cheerfully, pay attention to your order, and ask if you have further requests. All of the veggies and dressings are fresh and well protected. The sandwiches and subs are large size. You won't feel that your portion is small, by any means.I'll say again. The best subs in the Binghamton area, except for a few specialty houses that are in the area. Jersey Mike's isn't competing with cheesesteak and spiedie places, but they more than hold their own with the cheesesteaks they offer.Highly recommended by me.
