“We ordered from both the Indian and Asian menus. We ordered fried rice, orange with shrimp and chicken masala. The food was very tasty and flavorful. Our server, Moon, promptly greeted and seated us and advised on tge menu selection. The combination of friendly and courteous service and delicious food created an enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back.“

“Found this place on a Yelp search for Indian food in Buffalo. One final meal before our return trip home. We got there around 4:00 pm on a Tuesday and the place was empty. The server brought us to a table by the front window, which was very nice. We first ordered a Vegetable Samosa to share. The server brought us the dish, which is two nice size samosas that were perfect for sharing one each as an appetizer. The pastry was fried nicely, with each bite starting with a crunch followed by tender inner pastry. The filling of potato and peas was ample. My partner ordered Lamb Curry and I ordered Saag Paneer. My partner liked the heat of her dish (she ordered "medium", one of the two options offered - medium or spicy.). The lamb was cooked nicely and had a good flavor. The curry sauce was nicely spiced, but not overpowering. The Saag Paneer (also ordered medium) included large chunks of paneer and was nicely spiced. I'm thinking that if I had ordered it Spicy that I may not have been able to eat it. This was plenty spicy. The orders came with a large plate of well prepared basmati rice, which we could have requested more of but it was plenty. We also ordered a garlic naan, which was a single naan bread cut into four pieces. Each piece had chunks of garlic throughout and was very good. We told the server that we were just passing through town and probably wouldn't be back in the area. So, we were surprised when he brought the check and gave each of us a complementary serving of rice pudding. I'm not usually a fan of rice pudding because it either doesn't have much flavor or is too watery. This dessert suffered from neither of those things. It was delicious.“

“The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because the wrap that I almost always get has been a little smaller the last 5 or more times I got it.Their wraps are an outstanding combination of flavors. They "bake" the naan in a Tandoor oven fresh for each order. The sauces pair perfectly with the naan and all the ingredients. I can't tell you if it is "authentic" but I can tell you it is outstanding! I have also thoroughly enjoyed several of their "over rice" dishes as well. It's not a candle lit experience, that is not who they are catering to. They are serving candle lit quality food at nearly the speed of fast food. The atmosphere is about the same as a fast food restaurant, but cleaner and even more brightly lit. Try not let the bright lights affect your taste buds.Rob“

“Who knew I liked Indian Cuisine? Must have been fate that their 4.9 rating popped up first on my feed. Spicy mixed grill tandoori & garlic naan made a believer of me and the rice pudding sealed it! Buffalo foodies, you need this in your life!“

“I tried this place with low expectations because the prices were so affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was sooooo good. The chicken tika masala is amazing. The biryani was missing the raisins and nuts which was a bit disappointing but it was still delicious. Portions are good size. So good I ordered it 2 days in a row! A new favorite.“

“We've had Indian food in many cities in USA and Europe, but the best is our own local India Gate. Their Tandoori Chicken is a favorite, always tender, generous, perfectly flavored. Service is friendly, take-out is easy, prices are reasonable.“

“Great tandoori chicken and fantastic shawarma, and obviously the kebabs were so good. The peppers were grilled to smokey-tasting perfection. AND they gave us free eclipse-viewing glasses in the bag. AND it's also just my new favorite restaurant to say the name of. Say it, it's hella fun. Alibaba Kebab. See?! Saying it out loud is scientifically proven to make you smile, and who am I to argue with science?“
“Stopped in to try their dinner buffet. The price was great and what l loved is that I get to try a bunch of different things that maybe I wouldn't try. The texture of the naan was just to my liking. The paneer, daal, and chicken dishes I had were very good. The mango lassi was not too bad, maybe a little less blending and more mango and it would be perfect! The dessert was great, soan papdi and the semolina dessert were my favorite! The masala chai lacked spice but it was still a good end to the meal. The service was great, I was welcomed and greeted right away. I was surprised that no one else was there so l was the ambiance. Overall, I will be coming back!“

“Today makes the 4th time I have ordered food from Inchin's Indian Kitchen in Galleria Mall. Today I bought it again around 1:00pm. I have been finding repetitive burgers, fries, subs, and pizza to be BORING. So, when I saw the Indian food choice I was excited to try different dishes at Inchin's. Their food ALWAYS taste different to me in the BEST, GOOD, way. Like a quick vacation via in my mouth and nose! Homemade (as opposed to unhealthy fries thrown in a frier), healthy, interesting, clean food, tasty food!!! I love their food. Lol..a couple dishes made my eyes water and I had to drink some water to recover from the delicious heat when they generously allowed me to sample the dishes first, but I bought them anyway because l LIKED THE TASTE and I was experiencing a tiny bit of India without traveling. I am African American and at each visit the people who waited on me were so delightful to communicate with (almost like a new friend), plus they patiently helped me decide what I wanted for myself and for my grandchildren. Hmmm...I read some of the previous reviews from other people who gave them a low score due to the register "tips" option. I agree take out food should not require a tip, and there should be zero pressure to give one. The lady at the counter did point out the tip OPTION to me when I paid. While that can be uncomfortable, how is that any different from Panera's, or Starbucks, or any other place that give same tip options when they don't bring food to your table. IF counter person kindly goes EXTRA MILE IN SERVICE for YOUR benefit, why not give a small gratuity of appreciation as long as it is not under pressure. Now atmosphere, well how much can you say about any eatery in a mall. It is a MALL, soooo how do you give a 5 score for eating in a mall, but Inchin's space was CLEAN and neat. Their food is excellent, the owner and staff are good people. TRY IT!??“
