“Excellent place to hang out and spend time with friends or family for dinner.!! This place has an Indian retro vibe that you won’t get it in many restaurants in Toronto. They have excellent platter varieties and their juicy Momo’s are must try. Mix veg and chicken Pastas are also equally good.I have visited this place many times and had good experience every time.Restrooms are downstairs so you have take some narrow steps to get there. This is a note for senior people.Service is quick.Cost is moderateAmbience is excellentAccessibility is moderate“
“Visited this place for lunch with a group. The service overall was pretty good. In the appetizers lasooni gobi was excellent. Samosa chaat was also good. Ordered butter chicken but found to be a little bit more on the sweeter side. Ras malai to finish of was also nice.Overall the food was really good. HalalVegetarian options: Since it is Indian restaurant there are plenty of Veg options in appetizers, main course.“
“The place is only for Takeaway. It’s not a Dine In place.talking about the food.. The biryani is too delicious. I’ve ordered Paneer Biryani, it was amazing. After a long time i’ve had a good biryani. It’s a must try place. The place is busy with uber and door dash orders because of the yummy food that they have. They also have lot of other varieties like Roti and Curry, Starters and Desserts. If I had to give 10 stars i would have given it :)“
“Mt. Everest Restaurant, specializes in Indian and Nepalese cuisine for a Taste of Himalayas serving a devoted clientele, including vegetarians and vegans, since 2004. It is located on Eglinton Avenue East in Leaside and was a good spot to have a late night dinner. The quiet atmosphere was very tranquil and pleasant, as was the attentive service by our waiter named Chris who greeted us with menus and took our drink orders. Within a very reasonable amount of time the Chicken Momos arrived at our table still steaming hot. Talk about quality and freshness! After which the remainder of our delightful dinner of arrived. Baigan Bharta, Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken), Steamed Basmati Rice and delicious Naan! It was so delicious that we wished we had ordered another batch of their fluffy and delicious Naan to accompany our dinner leftovers.“
“Best samosas in the city! Consistently delicious. Our favourites are the curried vegtable and traditional beef samosas with coriander yogurt sauce. There is usually a long line, and given everything is fried and in a small space, your clothes are going to absorb all the cooking smells floating around. If you have a large order, try to call ahead so you don't have to wait too long.“
“Oh gosh, I drive out of my way to purchase this delicious food! I love the menus and my favourite which is Saag Paneer, Butter Chicken Masala and the fabiulous samosas plus the amazing mango lasi!Vegetarian options: Love my saag paneer, the cheese and spinach is the very best!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant's accessibility is planned.“
