The food was piping hot and ready for pick up. The staff were so friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Even better then a restaurant. Portions are fabulous. Only place I come for a fish fry. All home made salads. No bucket store bought.

They have a small salad bar, espresso bar, hot counter with a few options, and a small grab-and-go case.Workers are friendly.I've gotten a few things from here and it's always been good. I most especially recommend the soup, it has always been delicious.

A great place to gather with friends, family and or co workers, fantastic atmosphere with an extremely helpful, friendly and great spirited staff, wonderful food with unique combinations of local favorites and comfort. I look forward to my visits to the Queen City Coffee House and would recommend this location to anyone who likes great food, fantastic service, and a sense of welcoming.

Cute cafe inside of the Appletree business park. I was nervous with the reviews saying it is hard to find if you are not familiar with the building but if you walk into the main doors you can't miss it. There are a few tables inside of the cafe but also tables right outside (but still within the building) that you can use but there is also the option to take your order to go. I went for breakfast but they also have lunch options. You order food from one area and coffee around the other side but you can pay together for it all. The staff was very friendly and the food came out within minutes! Prices were very reasonable as well

The first thing I noticed coming into Queen City Coffee House was how warm & inviting it is! The space is bright, spacious and plentiful. You can sit inside the business itself or in the corridor of the business park with the sound of bubbling fountains nearby.There's a beverage case with Pepsi products, a cold case with selections of fruit, slices of cake (I saw red velvet & yellow cake with white frosting & sprinkles), mini cold salads (I saw Buffalo chicken, chicken, and tuna) and grab & go sandwiches.The business typically offers breakfast & lunch until 2 pm but on Fridays during Lent, you can purchase fish fry and shrimp dinners until 5 pm.Tonight, being St. Patrick's day, they offered the traditional reuben, a Rachel (with turkey instead of corned beef), an angry reuben with pepper jack cheese & jalapeños, an Irish Cowboy with corned beef, onions rings & BBQ sauce...Because we couldn't decide, my mom & I ordered a fish fry (fish only) and a reuben with onion rings to split.I haven't said anything about the staff & that's because I was saving the best for last. Every single woman in the restaurant was happy, kind, helpful... you can tell they truly love what they do and I told them, before even trying my meal, I'd be back. With such a welcoming atmosphere, how could you not?

Absolutely 5/5 for everything. Ambiance- this is a cute coffee place but also so much more! They have many tables available for sitting and enjoying your meal. Everything was really clean and neat throughout the place. Service- ALL of the staff were wonderful. They greet you, explain all options to you and serve you too! Everyone made us feel warm and welcomed. Food- Now let's talk about the food!!!! Sooo many options. I think if I worked at the Apple Tree business park I would be in trouble! It would be hard to resist. For options, they have a ton on the menu. Lots of fried foods, sandwiches, pizza and also healthier options like hard boiled eggs to grab and go, along with salads and a lay-per-pound salad bar to pick your own toppings! Todays choice for me was a much talked about Fish Fry dinner! Omg. It comes hanging out the sides of the container and it's served with fries and all three salad options (potato, macaroni, and coleslaw). Everything was really tasty. Salads are definitely homemade and very dressed, not dry at all. The fish was fried right as we ordered so it was super hot and fresh. So delicious. We also tried 2 different types of pizza.I do wish the crust was a little more well done, but the flavors were good. My recommendation: come hungry!!! Fish fry is where it's at. I would come back here again. I also would like to try the coffee and desserts on my next visit because I will be back!

Now I found this gem from a Facebook page recommendation. I am not disappointed! First the restaurant is very clean & very large. You walk into a welcoming lunch salad bar & a rustic coffee shop..A lunch buffet showcase that will make you drool ?. You can grab something quick out the grab & go cooler or you can place your order from the many options they offer for breakfast or lunch. Now I had the beer battered full fish fry that came with fish, frys, mac salad, potato salad, coleslaw, fresh rye bread butter tarter sauce & lemon wedges. You get ALOT of food for the price & it's clear it's all fresh & delicious. If you can try it please don't hesitate! Also during lent it's open on Fridays until 5pm which is a huge plus for anyone looking for dinner. I also tried a chocolate chunk cookie that was soft & delicious! This spot is a hidden gem & I'm happy I found it. I will be back for sure! The best part is the entire staff all are friendly & knows their customers by name which is a huge deal. Very personable & welcoming.

Not sure what the negative reviews are saying. I’ve been a customer for along time with my children. They food has been nothing but excellent and the ladies have always been wonderful.My husband and I have never experienced discrimination.The menu is always has something new and yummy ever week.
