“My office is always ordering from the Union location. Holly and her staff are amazing. So very friendly, always willing to help. For example needed a lunch for my staff of about 28 hungry guys. I got busy with my day and ended up calling her at 11:35 am I was able to pick up it up at 11:50 am for a noon time lunch. It really helped me and I appreciate all the hard work that they have done in the past few years. Keep up the great work.“
“Chick Filet has the best chicken sandwich in WNY. The chicken is all excellent white breast meat and every bite is perfect. No weird hard objects and just enough breading. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese. When you open the box it is entirely different than any other take out. The ingredients are fresh and delicious unlike other places where they are squished and microwaved.Yes the drive thru is too slow and they clearly are trying to address it. They sent 2 employees out to take orders further back in the line and honestly, they were brutally bad. I'm not even sure they knew where they were lol. The one stood for several minutes and stared at her tablet, for what I don't know. Finally I said are you taking orders? She looked at me blankly then kind of nodded. I asked a question about the sandwich and she hadn't a clue. It took her several minutes to put in 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of waffle fries. There was a guy that I'm not certain even has vocal chords. The manager came out to talk to him and repeated it 3 times until he moved. They weren't angry, they were absolutely either drugged or brainless. Whatever the problem, the body was present but the brain was not. I say that not to be mean but just to explain how bad they were. Wow. So don't hate on them if the drive thru is slow. When I pulled up to the cashier however he was excellent. He was everything you would want, friendly, professional and I left happy. There are staffing issues everywhere and from what I saw they are trying to fix the problem with what they have as staff. I waited 12 minutes at 10:40 in the morning but the quality of the food was well worth it! And the chick filet dIpping sauce is AWESOME!!! I will be back next time I'm out that way!“
“Every time I go to panera, it is always the same atmosphere ? Splendid. I loved it. The people who work there are friendly. And the service is fabulous and you don't have to wait longer for your food. I enjoy most of their salads. My favorite is the GREEN GODDESS COBB SALAD is super delicious ? I recommend. They have more delicious salads. And healthy, but I always prefer my ?. They have different variety of food too. My daughter loved their ? soup. If you have never been there, go and visit. You will go back for more ?“
“Great service. A little pricey but the food is always good. Can get very busy and noisy depending on the day and time.(Try the Kitchen Sink cookie. It's so delicious.)Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low carb diet and can usually find something to suit my needs here. My go-to meals are their salads, which are delicious.“
“Had a great time eating delicious food at Brats Hill restaurant. We were promptly greeted by Chris D and taken to a table. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that there was that raw , real, Jamaican vibe. Most importantly, Chef Chris and the kitchen staff killed the Lamb Shank entree. 100% worth it!“
“What a wonderful place to visit. The gentleman at the front was patient with us (being our first time) and made really good recommendations. He even came by during our meal to check if we were enjoying. The food was "wow". Absolutely loved it all. Will highly recommend if you are nearby.“
“I had to run an errand in Buffalo NY and stopped at a local mom and pop sandwich place that someone local had recommended. Oh.My. Goodness this place is great! I could rave about it for an hour. Everything was fresh and local and freaking delicious! Nothing was an afterthought - the bread that came with the soup was as good as my grandma’s dinner rolls ❤️ Even the lettuce on the burger was big, crisp and fresh. The tomato seemed like it had just been picked this morning. The coffee was delicious and fresh, made to order. Very generous portions, fat crispy bacon, ah! If you’ve never eaten a meal so delicious it brought tears to your eyes, you should come here. I would drive 400 miles again just to eat lunch here. The owners were super nice people!“
“This place is great! I called in the order for pickup and got one medium chicken shawarma and one medium falafel. The owner was pleasant over the phone and in person. Both wraps were fresh, hot and delicious. The shawarma is excellent though the falafel was my favorite. Give this place a try, you will not be disappointed!“
“Listen this was an amazing experience! From service, the caesar salad, mac & cheese, fries, and the steak it was phenomenal! I also ordered a lemon drop martini (not pictured) it was so good until I ordered another one. Will go back again.“
“Believe it or not ... my first time in Olive Garden. We were on our way back across the border after doing a bit of last minute shopping near Walden Galleria (yes, we're Canucks), when we both had a bit craving for something. My queen suggested Olive Garden, and I agreed as I have never been to one.The atmosphere here was subdued, as it was the tail-end of the lunch session. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. One small drawback we both noticed ... the place could have used a bit of a cleanup, we saw more mess on the floor of the dining than we're used to seeing at other places. We both figured that they probably got slammed during the lunchtime rush, and just didn't get around to tidying up.The food was surprisingly good. The menu was reminiscent of a chain of restaurants in Ontario (E**t S**e M**ios, for those who might know or care) ... endless bread, soup or salad, with a ton of pasta main course options. The bread was a little spongier and sweeter, and the salad dressing a bit more zestier, than our Ontario counterpart, but we really enjoyed both here. A little comparative competition is always good to provide a broader perspective. Our mains were both pasta dishes (after all, that is what we came here to try). My spaghetti with meat sauce ws actually very good. The noodles were perfectly cooked and there was plenty of beef in the tomato based sauce. My better half had the carbonarra with penne and shrimp, and she said it was "yummy".Will we come back here ... we'll certainly consider it next time we're in the neighborhood.“
