“Easily the best Chinese food in Orange County! Their orange chicken, chicken & broccoli, lomein, moo shoo, sesame noodles, soups, tofu dishes, Singapore mei fun, etc etc etc are always awesome. And the owners/employees are incredible!! They're killin' it You won't be disappointed.“

“I always recommend Mr Sushi to people when they ask for good restaurants near the Middletown area. Sushi is fresh and the specialty rolls are awesome. I go during lunch time and the lunch specials are fantastic: chicken teriyaki bento box (my only complaints are the texture of the chicken sometimes and meal temperature needs to be hotter), hibachi lunch is so delicious (sauces on the side ?), and sushi rolls- eel avocado, spicy tuna, and shrimp tempura are some of my favorite. Service is great as well.“

He was nice.A lot of the dishes were quite expensive so I suggest going when the lunch menu is served (on weekdays– the one you see as the menu images) We went on the weekends at a time when there was no one, and ordered avocado + cucumber roll sushi (which in my experience you cant quite go wrong with) and chicken breast in a cream sauce with some vegetables (and came with rice). the chicken was liked by the people i came with ("I really liked the chicken!" they said).Thank you for what you guys do! “I'm from out of town and I was looking for some decent sushi and I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. I actually called in the takeout order but absolutely huge portions for the amount I paid. I couldn't even finish it all. I got the sushi and sashimi platter and absolutely amazing.“

When I moved to the Orange / Sullivan County area 20 years ago ,one of my biggest regrets was the poor quality of Chinese food in the area,, that was until I found YouYou. Their food is the closest I've found to Chinatown or the many excellent Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn or Queens. While not perfect[, most of the dishes I've tried there are very good. The service for dine in is also very good. They are about 20 miles away from me but worth the drive. I'm tired of throwing other Chinese food away, at least I know YouYou is worth my time and money.“

Our go to spot for years now and no matter what the circumstances are ( crowded or as so many businesses are these days , short staffed) the wait and the mild chaos are NOTHING in comparison with the quality of the food and the great feeling of being welcomed each and every time. I can count on one hand how many eateries have survived intact thru these last few years of madness...i am happy to say the Plum House has... I guess if for some reason others have not had a "great" experience or felt slighted, they might want to dial down the entitlement and think about where would we eat if this gem had to shut down during another pandemic....lighten up people, it's just about eating and being grateful. “Went for a hibachi lunch on a rainy weekday; definitely did not disappoint! We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time, and received all star service! Felt like a VIP from the attentiveness of the staff to the attention and fun experience of the Hibachi chef! Sushi appetizer was delicious as well!“
