“This used to my local DD where my friends and I hung out! I know that its not normal to hang out with friends at a DD, but would you rather teens and 20somethings hang out in the street or bars or other places where they might cause trouble? It cost us $3 for an ice coffee and a great afternoon! Not anymore, now its over $5! The best feature of this place is that it is 24 hours!!!!! And during non covid times, they have seating for about 16 people. The bathroom is useable, nothing to write home about, but clean enough to do what you went there to do. Please bring back the key! Staff is friendly, and usually have no issue getting the orders right. I will say that they run out of bagels donuts etc decently fast! So if you want them come before 4 ish, or they have very little selection. Other than that it is a typical DD. The place is clean enough. Most customers need to do a better job of cleaning up after themselves. Please put trash in the trash.. They have several here, inside and out... All in all, great place to stop and get a coffee!“
“I have been going to this BJ's for as long as I have been living in College Point which is over 20 years. I have gone to other BJs and this one seems to be the one that is most organized. Although some things are out of stock at times, it does offer a variety of items at whole sale price. Their customer service is a bit slow and not the best but they are usually very friendly.“

“I tried this place after hearing about it on Instagram. Me and my husband went after the Washington Heights 5K that he participated in. We came a little early because I thought they opened at 10 but then I realized today is Sunday and they open an hour later so we went into Marshalls to kill time. Me and my husband both got juice. Usually when I have fresh juice at another place, most times they are not served cold and refreshing, and this place I had it cold and refreshing how I love it. “I've come to this location multiple times and always leave happy. During their first year of opening, this place would get packed. The line was outside and everyone would social distance. Now im usually able to come in and order immediately, with little to no wait.The last three times I've visited, the same ladies have been behind the counter. I've come by Saturday afternoon. The ladies who work that shift are amazing. They work FAST and have a whole routine set up. You ask one of them for the donuts you want and she repeats them loud enough for the lady at the register to hear. By the time you turn around, you are rung up and they're just waiting for payment. “This has been my go to Dunkin' Donuts since I have been living in College Point. Although it is a bit outdated, the place is usually clean and has most menu items. My iced coffee is always made perfectly and if there is ever a mistake, the employees always make sure to fix the mistake right away.
