My food came out Luke warm. The portions were much smaller than the short rib dish I received when you first started the promotion for it and the ribs themselves were extremely dry. My waitress, who was also the barmaid, talked to her friends at the bar more than anything else. When I finally got to request a second drink, she only put soda in my glass. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get my check. Saturday just before 5 at the wolf road 99. This has happened before and it is very disappointing for a place that I usually enjoy.
What a great night. The food was excellent. Fresh and well prepared. And those magical Mai Tai's were amazing. Enjoy!!!

My husband and I have been coming here for 12 years. The staff is always pleasant, the food/drinks are both good and affordable. The turn over from entering the restaurant to getting your food is very quick, even when busy, but you never feel rushed. It’s impressive for a chain restaurant to maintain the level of consistency we have always found here.
