Good experience! Been to a few 99s the last one made me not want it again. However mu kids and their dad wanted to go here. Changed my mind back! The food was excellent its hard to have perfect food all around from appetizer to entree for people. Not one mistake and everything was hot fresh and delicious. I went the Colonie 99 restaurant with my mother and aunt and it was the worst experience ever. The staff is so beyond rude. They forced us to use hand sanitizer. Understandable I guess. My mother canāt use HS so the woman told her to go wash her hands. An she did. When she came back to sit down the āmanagerā was standing there with the hand sanitizer waiting for her. He literally argued with my mother about using it. When she clearly canāt. She told him about her disability
We ordered dinner online tonight. Their website very clearly says that they're busy right now and pick up times may differ from what you're originally told. My husband waited over an hour for our food to come out (after being quoted a 24 minute wait time). When he got home a few minutes after picking up, we realized all our food was cold.
