“I’ve only ever ordered on DoorDash (I’m a bit of a homebody) but I was BLOWN AWAY by how good their sushi burritos are! Easily the best sushi I’ve had. All of the ingredients taste so fresh, even after the 15-20 minute drive to my house! I’m not a huge tea fan, but love popping bobas, so I just order it with extra sugar! Today, I tried their macarons and they were also unbelievably delicious. I am so glad to have this restaurant as an option in my city!“

“Mala Fish Slices Rice Noodles: Very generous portions with the perfect amount of spiciness, lots of vegetables & noodles and the soft fish fillets paired perfectly with the broth.The Taiwanese fried chicken was also a 10/10! They somehow fried the chicken flawlessly with the appropriate amount of crunchiness and seasoning. It tasted good alone and with the sauce (I think it was sweet chili?) provided as well. I wish I had a photo of it, but I stomach got to it before my camera.“

“Hi! We visited the Wolf Rd. KUMA Ani on April 20, 2024. We had an amazing experience. The staff was beyond friendly & helpful. They went above & beyond explaining the menu to us & when it was time for us to leave they even gave us 2 containers of ice to help our leftovers stay cold & safe for our travel back to Vermont. We highly recommend this Kuma Ani. The food was hot & nicely plated. The establishment was very clean, restroom too! This was a special trip for my granddaughter, her mom, me, (grandma) and my daughter. Go have a great dining experience!Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten entrees“

“Stopped by with my daughter and we had a delicious lunch. I had something yummy that I couldn't pronounce (traditional wide noodles with beef) and she had tonkatsu ramen. She's been here once before and said they are consistently yummy. We both had yummy bubble tea too.“

Because her diet has to be strictly gluten free, it can be hard to find great tasting food in the area. She adores this place, and always eats there when she visits… this week I got to eat there and finally see why!We both had the hibachi combo: I had the steak and chicken and my wife had the chicken and shrimp dinner (made gluten free). Both were amazing! Really nicely cooked, and large portions. “Best Ramen I had! Nothing like your typical Ramen soup you buy at grocery store. I got the seafood Ramen and broth was so good! The shrimp were huge and it had Japanese scallops, which are very different than regular scallops, they looked like clams. Overall a very yummy soup! Next time I am trying the pool ramen!“

“I love ramen and Tanpopo's ramen is excellent. I have been twice in the last couple of months and will certainly return. On both visits the service was prompt and friendly. Housed in an old dining car (worth visiting just for that) it is a fun and delicious Albany destination. That person on ESPN who made the disparaging remark about Albany should have gone to Tanpopo.“
