They did not gave me a sandwich so I had to return after I was standing in line for good 15 minutes. When I opened the salad bag, I realized they did not gave me a pecan pack for my apple-pecan salad. They didn't gave me a receipt so I have to write here instead of talktowendys.com asking the restaurant number.
Every time I go through the drive through, the food isn't ready and I am asked to pull forward. Even when there is no one behind me. I finally asked why and was told they get in trouble if the timer goes off and it takes to long. I was not only disappointed in slow service but "cheating" the system that is in place to identify inefficiency is the reason is hasn't improved. Poor management!
