I ordered on the website before going to the drive thru. Line was very long and I didn't save any time by ordering, except for not having to pay at pick up. The merge two lanes of traffic together in the drive thru line, the problem with that arrangement as well as in a car wash, or on public roads is that most people don't know how to let someone go in front of them if it's their turn. Chick fil store is a classic store. I can say it's a bit busy. But the service is very good. If you order before you come to the store, the staff will bring your order to your seat.Parking: Chick fil store is right next to IKEA and the mall, so parking is never a problem. An extra advantage is that after shopping, you can grab a bite to eat a few minutes walk away.Location in Hicksville and close to the train station
