I’m actually surprised I have to write this. There is nothing worse than ordering dinner for 6 people only to be told the sauce is at the bottom of the bag. Get home to only see two ketchups. No BBQ, Polynesian, Buffalo or Chic-fil-a sauce. 2 ketchups! We ate dry nuggets and fries because by the time we would have went back, the food would have been even colder than when we got home. Totally disappointed.

At $8.00 an order/4 piece chicken tenders my misses and I were very disappointed. I only ate one and after the first bite was actually done. The chicken was flavorless as well as suspiciously soft, the outer crust needed an oil drain...the only thing I tasted was the dipping sauce. Moving forward we will only be going to this restaurant on Sundays...yes we mean Sundays!

I ordered a vanilla shake and nuggets.I was served a chocolate shake and fewer nuggets than ordered.I am allergic to chocolate. Thankfully my friend sipped the shake before I did, otherwise I would have had to use my epi pen/ go to the hospital.Manager is refusing to give me a refund.

I ordered on the website before going to the drive thru. Line was very long and I didn't save any time by ordering, except for not having to pay at pick up. The merge two lanes of traffic together in the drive thru line, the problem with that arrangement as well as in a car wash, or on public roads is that most people don't know how to let someone go in front of them if it's their turn. It's referred to as the zipper merge and it should be supervised by their staff so the line moves quicker. Unfortunately driver education is horrible at teaching new drivers!
