“Celebrated my birthday here. Seemed to take a while for our first drinks to arrive, but overall service was great. We had the French onion soup, Mahi Mahi, tagine with tofu, creme brulee, chocolate stout cake. Every single thing was scrumptious. I also tried a cocktail called The Beet Goes On. It was divine . . . if you like beets.”

“Tasty fresh with great service. Try the Reuben you won’t be sorry! The daily soup was chipotle sweet potato. And the sandwiches have a gluten free bread option.”

“We live near DC and we traveled to Cooperstown mostly to visit the baseball HOF and, boy were we fortunate to find Toscana's! It was our anniversary night so we had planned on dining at another place that turned out to be closed for the season. We really feel blessed & so thankful that we came across this little gem instead! The service, the food and the lovely ambience were top-notch! Patrick was our greeter/server and he was just so personable and efficient. Like other reviewers, we didn't have a reservation but Patrick welcomed us as tho we did. As business picked up there was no change in his excellent service. Shout out to the classy soundtrack playing throughout our dinner too. Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin...it was all there floating in the background, never interfering with our conversation. The food was SO good too beginning with the artisan bread & oil that was warm and tasty. I had the salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was superb. My hubby had the baked haddock also with mashed potatoes and broccoli and he loved it. We had pistachio cake for dessert with espresso which topped off our meal perfectly. I wish we lived closer...but next time we are anywhere near beautiful Cooperstown, we'll head over to Toscana's for another great dining experience.”
“This place is amazing! Every beer is perfect and their food tastes so good it'll make you wanna slap your momma. We started with the fried green beans served in a darling little fry basket, and for entrees we had the haddock patty with red potato salad and the SpurBurger II. I had a full pour of the Leatherstocking Brown Ale and a small pour of the Sleeping Lion Red Ale and the Irish Red.”

“Love the red shed! Whenever we do the brew trail this one always sneaks up on me bc I forget it's part of it. The area is gorgeous and the ppl friendly af. Always seems to have a group that's a Bach party or something of the sort so you know it's an excellent go to. I find this place also has something for everyone's taste and we always manage to find a bev that stands out. Will continue to return w the pals when doing the beer trail!”

“A thousand, thousand thank you-s to the staff at The Lake Front, especially James. We had wedding reservation changes that they handled with professionalism, patience, and charm. We have international guests as well as folks coming from the East and West coasts ... we will sleep better tonight knowing that the accommodations have been flawlessly arranged.”

“Love this place! I got a Russian tea cake, big coconut macaroon, rainbow sprinkle cookie, and biscotti. Everything was delicious! And the staff are very sweet. Will definitely going back. One request: if you're ever considering expanding your offerings, I would love some more bread variety, esp. sourdough :)”

“Went in there today after visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame. The guy behind the counter was very nice and the slices were great. The bottom crust was crunchy and the rest of the crust was soft with that slight crunch on the top. The chicken bacon ranch slice I had was amazing. I'm so glad I tried it. It was a little greasy, but not overly so, and besides pizzas supposed to be a little greasy. Absolutely recommend this place.”

“Was passing through the area from Philadelphia and ordered takeout from here - turns out the woman who works there is also from Philly!! That's when I knew the food was going to be good. Everyone there was lovely, the food was super affordable, and most importantly, everything I got was so so tasty”
“Rarely do you find an ice cream stand that has indoor seating and a food menu. Well here it is. Food is available inside or out and the offerings are standard grilled and fried burgers, fries, breaded mushrooms (yum), you get the picture. Service was friendly and fast, food was tasty, ambiance was as you would expect. A favorite in town and worth the trip.”
“Pricing is really good! Like pre-inflation, pre-pandemic pricing. That was great, especially the lunch time specials. Service was quick and friendly, and portions were pretty. This is a great lunch time pick for some good Japanese food.”

“The Papri Chaat is a five-star appetizer— delicious mix of yogurt and spices on wheat “crisps,” similar to bhel puri but better texture. The pappadum are a must as well. So is an order of the (spicy hot) mixed pickles, in case the entrees aren’t spicy enough for your tastes. I got the chicken curry— generous portion, and tasty with the pickles and naan. (The rice was just ok, though, so I’d get extra naan next time.) My companion got the stuffed mushrooms, which were unexciting but probably not a good bet at an Indian restaurant to begin with. Good beer options, excellent service. A place not to miss in Cooperstown.”
